The early beginnings and organization of Kingdom Connection Fellowship are the culmination of the need to aid churches throughout the United States to coincide so that the first century agenda of the disciples is the mission of the church over 2,020 years ago. To organize a fellowship which would gravitate and elevate the Body of Christ is essential in this day and time to reveal the personality and character of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to promote one another so that the work of the church is meaningful and relevant as we prepare for the return of Christ.
The beginnings of Kingdom Connection Fellowship were spiritually uplifting as many witnessed the initializing and organization of a new fellowship which would stimulate the activity of the local body of organized believers who actively are concentrating on the growth of the church and who are in need of direction and development.
October 11th and 12th, 2012 saw the coming together of ecclesiastical individuals who had a need for centering themselves around the purpose of organizing a fellowship which would aid in supporting and collaborating churches for growth, fellowship and spiritual productivity. Representatives from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Tennessee prayed and pushed the issue of Bishop Jerome Henry Ross becoming a spiritual guide and father for ministers because of his passion and desire to see pastors and churches do more as it pertains to the growth and productivity of the church. The reason for their desire was because of the fact that there were many pastors who did not have spiritual guidance or spiritual fathers. I Cor. 4:15
Bishop Ross was consecrated Bishop under the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship by Bishop Paul Sylvester Morton on April 27, 1995. At the inception of Kingdom Connection Fellowship Bishop Ross was given Apostolic Succession by the Most Reverend Jesse Delano Ellis, Metropolitan-Archbishop of the Joint College of African American Bishops. On Tuesday, June 18, 2013 the Service of Episcopal Enthronement was enacted before Columbus, Ohio in the Triedstone Baptist Church to legitimize and establish the fellowship which would be known as Kingdom Connection Fellowship. Bishop Ellis served as the Establishmentarian of Apostolic Succession to Bishop Ross as he was elevated to become the Primate and Prelate of Kingdom Connection Fellowship. Those whom Bishop Ellis laid his hands also were given Apostolic Succession as those who were to serve in the capacity of leadership in Kingdom Connection Fellowship.
To date, this is the history of our fellowship and our leadership. The end of the history is yet to be written but cannot be concluded until Christ comes for His church and raptures the Body of Christ to take us home. So, as more is to be added, we will not end with a period but a semicolon;
